When we arrive in your home or place of business we will inspect the carpet & upholstery first. Fiber identification is most important to get the best cleaning results. We will use the right cleaning agents and detergents to get them looking their best. All cleaning agents and detergents are biodegradable, non toxic and have the green seal of approval.
We will pre-treat high traffic areas, spot clean by hand any stubborn stains that just a normal cleaning wouldn't do and move most furniture like sofas, tables, and chairs. If you remove all the breakables for us we can move almost anything. Furniture is pulled out cleaned behind then put back with carpet protectors underneath the legs.
For heavily soiled carpets we recommend our rotary shampoo process with hot water extraction using a fiber rinse which will leave no chemical residue making your carpet cleaning last longer.
After your carpets are freshly cleaned, we will groom the carpets with a soft bristle brush or carpet rake from any foot prints or vacuum lines to make the carpet look better and dry faster.
We will provide paper or vinyl booties which ever you prefer, so you can walk around freely and enjoy your carpet cleaning with no inconvenience.
